How quickly can you arrive for a lockout?
We typically arrive within 15–30 minutes depending on your location and traffic conditions. There is sometime when we are a few hours out but we will keep you updated to get your property unlocks
Can you unlock my car without damaging it?
Yes. We use professional tools and techniques designed to safely unlock vehicles without causing damage.
Do you replace or repair locks?
We do both. If your lock can be repaired, we’ll recommend that option. If replacement is necessary, we’ll provide secure, quality options.
What’s rekeying vs replacing a lock?
Rekeying changes the internal pins so old keys no longer work. Replacing means installing an entirely new lock. Rekeying is often more cost-effective if the hardware is in good shape.
Can you install high-security locks?
Yes, we install and service high-security locks, deadbolts, keypad locks, and smart lock systems.
